At Krafteria, we want you to love every handcrafted addition to your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Krafteria account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
